Our extra virgin olive oil is obtained by oozing the most qualified and delicious hand picked olives of the early harvest. Only mechanical methods are used to eliminate lees while producing this unique olive oil. With its amazing taste and strong aroma, this unique olive oil is addictive!  It has a maximum of 0.8% oleic-acid value in accordance with the International Olive Oil Standards.  It is an indispensable for a healthy diet to use in all appetizers, salads, hot and cold main courses and sauces.

VIRGIN:  
This tasty virgin olive oil is produced from high quality olives harvested in the Southern Mediterranean of Turkey.  As with the extra virgin olive oil, virgin olive oil is made using all mechanical methods to eliminate lees in order to get the unique taste.  It has a maximum oleic acid value of 2% in accordance with the International Olive Oil Standards.  Our Virgin Olive Oil, which has an optimum aroma and acid value, is highly appreciated by the educated olive oil consumers.  It is a perfect, healthy and tasty ingredient to be used in all salads,sauces, cold and hot meals.

PURE:
Produced by using solely natural methods, our pure olive oil is obtained by blending Refined Olive Oil with the Extra Virgin Olive Oil.  It has a lighter color and aroma with a maximum oleic acid value of 1.5%. Due to its light aroma and taste, it is highly appreciated by the consumers who are not used to the strong aroma and taste of the extra virgin olive oil.  With its fruity aroma, it is a perfect fit for hot meals and fried foods.

OLIVE POMACE OIL:
This type of oil is made by the remaining residue after the natural production of the olive oil.  After producing olive oil by natural methods, the remaining residue passed through the process of extraction and refination. It contains about 10-15% extra virgin olive oil.  Due to its high heat resistance, it is especially used for hot meals and fried foods while keeping the consumers' appreciation as an alternative product.
